Can I respond to a review?

Verified reviews are a big part of what makes Rover a community that pet owners trust. You can respond to any reviews you receive.

If you decide to respond, use this as an opportunity to show potential pet owners how trustworthy, friendly, and genuine you can be. You can turn a negative review into something positive and even attract new pet owners by responding professionally. You can check out our review policy here.

 

How to Respond to a Review

Rover app

  1. Tap the More icon.

  2. Tap Profile

  3. Then Reviews.

  4. Tap Reply below the review you want to respond to.

Web

1. Navigate to your profile by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the screen. Select Dashboard.

2. Select View Profile.

3. Under reviews, select the green Reply button next to the review you’re responding to.

4. Enter your response and select Reply.
