What if my sitter cancels a booking?

While it’s not ideal, every once in a while a sitter or dog walker may need to cancel a booking. Don’t worry, we’ve got your back.

  • You will be refunded in full. If your sitter or dog walker is for whatever reason unable to watch or walk your dog and initiates a cancellation, you’ll receive a full refund to your account.
  • You’re covered by reservation protection. If your sitter or dog walker cancels within seven days of the first day of the booking, we’ll do everything we can to help find you a replacement sitter or dog walker. Check out our reservation protection page for more detailed information.
